§1. General Provisions
These regulations define the rules for Guests staying at Park Wilkasy.
Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these rules.
Guests are required to use the property responsibly, respecting both the property and other persons staying on the premises.
§2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of PLN 500 is collected upon check-in.
The deposit serves as security against damage to equipment, missing items, excessive dirt requiring additional cleaning, or theft.
The deposit will be refunded within up to 2 business days after departure, following inspection of the property and completion of cleaning.
In case of damages, the deposit may be partially deducted in proportion to repair costs or fully retained in the case of significant damage. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit, the Guest is obliged to cover the difference.
The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer to the account indicated by the Guest or by another agreed method.
The property is handed over in a clean condition. Excessive dirt may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.
In case of loss of the property key, the Guest is required to cover the cost of replacement.
§3. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited insidebuildings.
Compliance with this rule ensures comfort and safety forGuests.
§4. Use of Property and Liability
Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by themselves or persons accompanying them.
All equipment and infrastructure must be used responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose.
Any defects, damages, or potentially dangerous situations must be reported to the property staff.
Children and persons requiring supervision must remain on the premises only under adult supervision.
The property owner is not responsible for events resulting from weather conditions.
Guests must exercise caution when using heating devices and other elements that may cause burns or injuries. Stove doors may become hot; children and intoxicated persons must be supervised.
Guests are encouraged to use electricity and appliances responsibly, including turning off lights and devices when not in use, to protect the environment and ensure efficient use of the property.
§5. Events and Gatherings
Organizing gatherings and events is permitted with respect for the property and the comfort of other Guests.
Guests are responsible for the safety of participants and for any damages caused during events.
Responsible alcohol consumption is recommended to minimize the risk of accidents or damage.
§6. Lake, Boat Use and Water Safety
There is an unsupervised lake on the property.
Swimming and any use of the lake are at the Guests’ own risk.
The property owner does not provide lifeguard services or rescue supervision.
Water safety equipment, including life jackets and rescue buoys, is available on-site and its use is recommended.
Guests are advised not to enter the water after consuming alcohol and to exercise caution when using the lake.
Use of the boat under the influence of alcohol is strongly discouraged.
In winter, the lake may be covered with ice of varying thickness, with possible weak spots and holes. Entering the ice is strongly discouraged.
Children may stay near the lake only under constant adult supervision.
§7. Recreational Equipment, Infrastructure and Animals
Use of recreational equipment and infrastructure, including billiards, 3-in-1 table (billiardstable tennisair hockey), darts, barbecue, fire pit and shooting targets, is at Guests’ own risk.
Access to shooting targets is available for an additional fee covering pellets, gas and targets.
Guests are responsible for damages resulting from improper use of equipment or infrastructure.
Equipment such as billiards and the 3-in-1 table is intended for adult use; children should not use adult-designated games.
Children are advised not to play on furniture in a way that may cause damage, including Chesterfield-style sofas.
The property is home to animals, including farm animals and dogs. Guests are asked to remain calm and respectful around them.
Guests visiting with dogs are required to keep them under control attimes. Dogs must not chase or disturb other animals on the property.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and are advised to protect furniture and beds with blankets or covers.
For safety and hygiene reasons, Guests are kindly asked not to feed dogs belonging to the property. Feeding poultry is allowed and encouraged as a way to reduce food waste.
Hanging or attaching any items to infrared heaters is strictly prohibited.
Adults are advised to supervise children or intoxicated persons when using recreational equipment.
§8. Alcohol
Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of accidents and damage.
The property owner is not responsible for incidents resulting from the use of the property, lake, boat or equipment by persons under the influence of alcohol.
§9. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed with the property owner.
Any changes to stay hours must be agreed with the property staff.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
§10. Hot Tub (Balia)
The hot tub is operated exclusively by the property owner.
Use of the hot tub may be subject to an additional fee.
Use of the hot tub is at Guests’ own risk and must comply with safety rulesby the owner.
For same-day use, Guests are advised to notify at least 4–5 hours in advance to allow preparation.
§11. Final Provisions
The property owner is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.
These regulations are effective from the date of publication and are binding forGuests.
