Wzgórze Cmentarne - cmentarna góra - stary cmentarz niemiecki Rowy

Wzgórze Cmentarne w Rowach, znane także jako Cmentarna Góra, to miejsce, które zawiera pozostałości lub ślady dawnego cmentarza niemieckiego - nagrobki i krzyże.

Wzgórze znajduje się na końcu ulicy Spokojnej, a nazwa pochodzi od ulokowanego w tym miejscu cmentarza już w XVIII wieku. Według kronik w tym regionie rozbiło się około 25 statków, a ofiary tych katastrof były pochowane właśnie w tym miejscu. Byli to m.in. Holendrzy, Hiszpanie i Szwedzi.

Decyzję o likwidacji cmentarza podjęto w latach 50. XX wieku. Miało to na celu zatarcie śladów obecności Niemców w tym regionie.
